About Us

Delores Pass Kesler Foundation is devoted to the support of social, educational, environmental, and cultural initiatives that will effectively enhance the quality of life for citizens of Northeast Florida. The Foundation directs its resources to programs and services that demonstrate creative and innovative approaches to addressing individual, family, and community needs and issues, reflect the highest standards of quality and accountability, and offer the greatest opportunity for effecting positive, measurable results. The Foundation also encourages the development of programs that demonstrate effective uses of existing organizational and/or community resources and actively promote inter-agency and inter-disciplinary collaboration to avoid duplication of services and enhance service delivery, and programs that may serve as “best practice” models for future replication and adaptation.
